K.GYIMAH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LTD is a Ghanaian manufacturer and supplier of concrete building products, alongside a residential property development division. VELORA LABS designed and built a modern digital experience that brings both sides of the business together in one clear platform. The website gives customers a structured way to explore concrete products, view available properties, understand the company’s capabilities, and request quotations. The result is a professional online presence that reflects the scale and reliability of the business while making it easier for potential customers, contractors, developers and property buyers to take the next step.
Challenge
K.GYIMAH needed a stronger digital presence that could clearly communicate what the company does beyond simply being a construction company. With multiple product categories including blocks, pillars, slabs, culverts, and kerbs, alongside a residential property division, the challenge was creating a structure that made both sides of the business easy to understand and navigate. The experience also needed to turn product interest into actionable enquiries, rather than leaving customers to search for information or contact the company without enough context.
Approach
We approached the project as a digital product experience rather than a traditional company website. The information architecture was built around the company's two core business areas: concrete products and property development. Products were organized into clear categories with dedicated detail views, while the property section was designed to present completed homes as individual listings. The visual direction focused on a clean, industrial and trustworthy aesthetic, using strong imagery, structured layouts, clear typography, and prominent calls to action to create a more credible digital presence.
Solution
VELORA LABS created a responsive website that gives K.GYIMAH a single digital home for its products, properties, company information, and customer enquiries. The product catalogue allows visitors to browse the company's range of concrete products and request quotations based on their requirements. The property section provides a dedicated space for available residential developments, while the gallery adds visual proof of the company's work and production capabilities.
